SHIPPING

United States

For all orders, we offer USPS standard shipping to all 50 states in the U.S., the District of Columbia, and Puerto Rico. Free USPS standard shipping will automatically be applied to orders over $20 during check out. (Please note: discounts or promotions will be applied before any shipping rate is calculated.) If you select another shipping method (e.g., Priority Mail, Second Day, Next Day, FedEx, DHL, UPS), we will ship your order by that method and you will be charged for that upgraded shipping method

Items ordered and paid for will ship within 4-8 business days. If you need your products sooner, we offer expedited shipping options at additional charges. After leaving our facility, USPS typically delivers packages within 2-5 business days. You will receive an email notification from us that contains tracking information once your order has shipped. 

International 

At the moment, we only ship retail orders within the U.S., the District of Columbia, and Puerto Rico. We hope we will be able to ship internationally soon!

Calculations

We calculate shipping cost based on the weight of package and destination based on distance from our studio in New York. We currently ship with USPS within the United States, but as discussed above, we may use other couriers (FedEx, DHL, or UPS) to deliver your order, depending on your shipping method preference. 

Lost Packages

Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages where the item has been registered as delivered. If you experience your package going missing please contact us immediately and we will begin an investigation with the mail carrier to attempt to track down the package. Please make sure your shipping address is correct and your package will be delivered to an area you feel safe with the item being left. If you are concerned your package may be lost or stolen please contact us before placing your order and we will facilitate your order being delivered with a confirmation signature. Additional fees may apply.

FRAUDULENT CHARGES

Our system notifies us when a potentially fraudulent purchase has been made. If the purchase is considered to be potentially fraudulent, the buyer will be contacted immediately and may be required to confirm identity. We are not able to ship until confirming the purchase with the customer. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause however this policy is in place to protect you.

DAMAGES

If you receive a product from us that appears to be damaged or defective, contact us immediately at thebutterguy@thebestkind.com. We will gladly exchange damaged orders reported within 72 hours of delivery. Photos of damaged product are helpful.

DISCOUNT CODES

Discount codes may not be combined with other discount offers or promotions. Offer may not be applied to previous purchases. Any discount or promotion will be applied before shipping, handling, and tax are calculated. Some exclusions may apply.

RETURNS

At The Best Kind we are fully committed to our customer's satisfaction and want you to truly enjoy our products. If you are in any way dissatisfied with your purchase please email us right away at thebutterguy@thebestkind.com. We will accept returns on a case by case basis within 30 days of receipt of purchase for exchange or credit only. We reserve the right to decline the return request if there is not just cause. We regret that travel sizes, trial sizes, and promotional items may not be returned. We cannot process any returns without first being contacted.
